August 2020: Jim is a Godsend. I wanted to buy my first house and had absolutely NO clue what I was doing. Jim walked me through everything, helped me find and buy the perfect home, and his negotiating with the title company and sellers is top notch. He even crawled the crawl space for me while I was at work just to guarantee the home was free and clear. Utilize his expertise, you will not be disappointed.
