June 2021: Jim and Dawn Forbus are truly wonderful! They helped us buy and sell homes in Spring 2021. Jim’s experience and calm demeanor helped us negotiate through the challenges of the 2021 real estate market. Jim’s communication is stellar and he always seemed to make himself available for us. Even through appraisal challenges, Jim helped us re-negotiate and kept the sale together. For our listing, Jim and Dawn were very hands-on in the prep of our home. Dawn provided her designer touch to make our home more beautiful, which helped maximize our gain. Between helping paint a fence hours before showings, helping move boxes to storage to de-clutter, calming our nerves with a quick conversation, or praying with us over the challenges we were facing, we knew we were in good hands. At the last minute, we ran out of time to transfer our children’s measurements from a doorway in our old home. Jim noted this and personally transferred them all to a board and delivered this very sentimental item to us at our new home. Jim and Dawn are experienced pros, go above and beyond, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

July 2021: I can not say enough about Jim and how amazing our experience was being able to work with him. Buying a house for the first time especially in this market was very intimidating and scary, but we knew we were going to be taken care of. From the minute we had our first meeting, it really felt like he was wanting to help us and truly cared that we got the best sound house we could at the price point we wanted. No question was a dumb question, he was very responsive and informative. It was very comforting having him at every showing because he would make sure to look at the most important things and ask all of the right questions. His integrity can not be beat, he is one if the most honest, humble, give the shirt off of his back type of man I have ever met and we are honored to have worked with him and we continue to go to him for advice. Once we found our dream house and bought it with Jim’s help, he made a point to tell us that if we need anything or have any questions that he is still here for us and he has lived up to that 100%. His wife has also been amazing, they are such a great team and so sweet. I would recommend Jim to anyone interested in buying or selling. You will never find a more honest/caring individual I promise you that.

May 2021: I can’t say enough good things about Jim and Dawn Forbus. They are true real estate professionals that go above and beyond for their clients. They remind me how realtors were 30 years ago that jumped in with their clients and solved all of the problems that arise during the purchasing or selling of a piece of property. The only reason I gave them only 5 stars is because the app wouldn’t let me score them higher!!!!! They deserve a much higher rating than a mere 5 stars. They are truly exceptional!

January 2021: There are very few realtors that have the expertise and experience that Jim has. While other realtors will sell you on things like the colors of a house to make you buy what they want. Jim is on the roof, under the house and researching the property to make sure it is safe and will be the home that you want. Jim also has integrity which these days is a rare trait. He is honest and helpful which a seller or buyer needs when making a big decision such as a home. We have used Jim and Dawn to both sell our home and purchase a new one and if we ever move again, he will be the first one we contact.

January 2021: Jim is very trustworthy and knowledgeable of the real estate industry. He always followed up on any needs and was always available over the phone or in person for both the selling of our home and purchase of a new property.

I am a disabled veteran and sometimes veterans need someone that is patient and understands how to communicate clearly, Jim is that person. He always attended to the conversation or needs we had and guided us through the process. His partners were proficient and without Jim, I don't think we would have been able to secure the home and property we needed to start our own small farm here in Spanish Springs Nevada.

October 2020: Jim went above and beyond in selling our existing home and then selecting our new home. We must have looked at multiple homes over 3-4 months, and he was very patient, until we found the home just right for us. A gentleman and true professional.
