March 2022: This is the fourth time we have used Jim and Dawn at Mission Realty. There is a reason for that. They are FANTASTIC! Their knowledge and expertise exceeds any realtors that I had experienced prior to meeting them. They are dialed in on the information you need to make great decisions when buying or selling. They are always up to date on the housing market and have a great feel for where the market is heading. They have saved us so much money with their guidance. They go over and above to help make the process as stress free and seamless as possible. They know many local and family owned businesses and community members to help with repairs upgrades etc...at a fraction of the cost. They do a lot of repairs themselves as well as upgrades. They personally bought fixtures and lighting for us and spent a day helping us install them. It saved us a ton of money and made things look great. It made it so affordable. In the most recent case we moved prior to the house being put on the market. Jim and Dawn took care of everything. They handled showings, septic, inspections and all the other jobs and things that needed to be done. They stay in constant contact. It was seamless and stress free. They make the paperwork process very easy and understandable. They make themselves available for all your buying or selling needs. We recommend them to everyone that needs a realtor.
